Building Permit and Zoning Hearing Fees
The following are the fees for zoning hearings, various permits, plan review, etc. which are required by the township.
The various permit fees are established by resolution adopted by the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors. The most recent resolution was adopted in December 2008. Click here to view this resolution.

Hearing Fee

Hearing Continuance Fee
| (1) For home occupation special exceptions, single family residential variances and special exceptions other than home occupation | $75.00 |

Fees for building and zoning permits
With regard to new construction of an addition to an existing structure the valuation shall be computed on the Valuation Schedule. To view this schedule click here.

The easement agreement filing fee is set by Northampton County and subject to change at any time.
