For basements and garages, see below. The below schedule along with the
R-3 Residential, U Sheds and U Decks (all type 5 constuction) above are fees generally used for residential.

Garages (attached) Use Group R-3 add $14.74 per sq. ft.
Garages (detached) Use Group R-3 add $17.48 per sq. ft.
Basements/Cellars Use Group R-3 (finished) add $18.90 per sq. ft. of area
Basements/Cellars Use Group R-3 (unfinished) add $10.85 per sq. ft. of area
