As part of the governance of the Board of Supervisors there are number of legal notices that occur during the year for actions being taken by the Board such as, but not limited to, special meetings, public hearings, ordinance consideration and adoptions, etc. The official legal notices can be found in the Legal Notice section of the Express-Times newspaper. For the public's information they will also be put on this site.
Once a ordinance is adopted by the Board it is added to this site until it is officially codified by the township's code publishing company. Click here to move to the newly adopted ordinances page.
