PALMER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING

FEBRUARY 9, 2009

A special business meeting of the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 12:10 p.m. in the municipal building conference room with four Supervisors in attendance. Supervisor Lammi was absent. Also in attendance was the Township Manager. Colver convened the meeting and led those present in the Pledge to the Flag.

2. RESOLUTION FOR APPLICATION FOR AN H20 PENNSYLVANIA GRANT

INFORMATION

The Board needs to approve/disapprove the resolution.

DISCUSSION

On motion by Smith, seconded by Mitchell, and agreed by all, the Board voted to approve the resolution for application for a Pennsylvania H2O grant.

4. REPORTS

Manager

· Anckaitis said the county is asking each party to participate in sharing the appraisal fee for the Home Depot appeal. Anckaitis said we would be responsible for our pro-rata percentage of the total appraisal cost of $3,750. On motion by Panella, seconded by Mitchell, and agreed by all, the Board approved paying the township portion of the appraisal fee.

On motion by Mitchell, seconded by Panella, and agreed by all, the meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
