LEGAL NOTICE

 

The Palmer Township Zoning Hearing Board of Palmer Township will meet on Tuesday, October 1, 2002, in the meeting room of Palmer Memorial Library, One Weller Place to hear the following appeals:

 

02-42 7:30 P.M. – Bradley Moser, 22 Corriere Road, requesting a variance to place a shed one foot from the property line in a MDR district.  Section 190.42.F applies. GRANTED

 

02-43 – 7:40 P.M. – Chris Schneider, 140 Applewood Drive, requesting a variance from the 30’ front setback to put an addition on his garage and add a front porch.  This is a LDR zone and Section 190.33.E.(4) applies.  GRANTED

 

02-44 – 7:50 P.M. – Bartolacci IRR Real Estate Trust, Stones Crossing and Nicholas Street, requesting additional signage of 1,757.25 square feet.  The additional signage will face Nicholas Street, Stones Crossing, and William Penn Highway.  This is a GC zone and Ordinance 190.184.A.(4) applies.  CONTINUED TO 11/5/02.

 

Any person interested or aggrieved may appear at the appointed time and be heard.  Any parties who would deem themselves aggrieved by the grant of relief requested in any appeal must appear before the Zoning Hearing Board, either in person to submit an appearance form provided by the Board or through submission of a legally authenticated statement of proof.
