LEGAL NOTICE

The Zoning Hearing Board of Palmer Township will meet on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at 7:30 P.M. in the meeting room of Palmer Memorial Library, One Weller Place, to hear the following appeals:

08-48 7:30 p.m. Michael and Leila Finelli, 207 Arbor Drive, Stewartsville, NJ, are seeking relief from the following sections in order to convert a residence into a commercial use at 2605 Nazareth Road, located in a Medium Density residential zone in the Route 248 Zoning District:

190-166 A (1), (2), (3), (4), establishing the number of off-street parking spaces.

190-168 C (2), regulating aisle width.

190-168 D (5), setting distances between driveways and streets.

190-168 G (3), establishing parking setbacks from buildings.

190-168 H (2), requiring separation of parking spaces from any street.

190-170 A, requiring loading facilities.

190-251 B, 190-252 H, 190-254 A, 190-256 A & B (1), 190-258 A, all dealing with use, trash, streetscape, parking and land development requirements of the Route 248 Overlay zoning district.

Any person interested or aggrieved may appear at the appointed time and be heard. Any parties who would deem themselves aggrieved by the grant of relief requested in any appeal must appear before the Zoning Hearing Board, either in person to submit an appearance form provided by the Board or through submission of a legally authenticated statement of proof.
