Section 190-184 A (4) (a) allows for a maximum of 200 square feet of wall signage for lots that contain more than one commercial establishment. This property is located in a General Commercial Zoning District.
10-18 7:40 p.m. 560 Mine Lane Rd, Metro PCS Pennsylvania ,LLC, 510 Virginia Dr., Ft. Washington, Pa 19034, is seeking a modification of a Zoning Board decision letter dated August 25, 2000. The applicant would like to extend a monopole used for communication by an additional 10’ to an overall height of 130’. This property is located in a General Commercial Zoning District.

Variances are also being sought from sections 190-171D to have a sign area that would exceed the 36 square foot maximum allowed, and to have the sign installed for longer than 6 months, section 190-176B to have a sign that would be supported by multiple poles within the site triangle (this section allows for one pole with a maximum width of one foot within the site triangle), section 190-176F to have a sign within close proximity to a Medium Density Residential Zoning District, section 190-183A to have a freestanding sign that exceeds the 5’ height maximum allowed in a residential zoning district, section 190-183.1. B (2) to have a freestanding sign that exceeds 20 square feet in area, and section 190-187F (3) to have an off premise sign in a Medium Density Residential Zoning District.
