accept the minutes of January 4 zoning hearing was made by Cherie Kavanaugh, seconded by Charles Roseberry,
and approved by all.
A motion to
nominate Charles Roseberry for the position of zoning
board chairman was made by Cherie Kavanaugh and
seconded by Charles Roseberry with all in agreement.

A motion to
approve 3 wall signs of 50 square feet each and 1 carry-out sign as presented
was made by Charles Roseberry and seconded by Cherie Kavanaugh with all in favor.

Witnesses: Erich
Schock, Esq., James R. Rudolph, P.E., Tony DeLorenzo, Kabir Timory, engineer for LCC International, Neil Nocete, RF engineer for sprint.
A decision on
this matter has been deferred pursuant to receipt of documentation required by
zoning ordinance 190-210 B (9) (b).
Pending receipt of this documentation, a decision will be made at the

A motion was

occupation with all requirements of the ordinances governing home occupations
to be met.

presented in original plan exhibit A-2, with all in agreement.

with all in agreement.
