OF ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING
The zoning
hearing board of Palmer
Township met on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 7:30 P.M. in the Palmer Memorial
Library, One Weller Place,
to hear the following appeals. In
attendance were Nick Noel III,
zoning board solicitor, Charles Roseberry, board
chairman, Cherie Kavanaugh and Daniel Caravetta, board members, John A. Embardino,
zoning officer, Margaret Kennedy, alternate, and court reporter Donna Kenderdine.
A motion to
accept the minutes of the June
7, 2005 hearings was made by Cherie Kavanaugh,
seconded by Daniel Caravetta, with all in favor.
05-44 7:30 p.m. William Lockett, East Coast Sign
Inc., representing A.J. Wright, 785 S. 25th Street, is seeking
relief from section 190-184 A (4) (a) to erect wall signs in excess of area
allowed on a lot with multiple commercial establishments in a GC zone.

CHERIE KAVANAUGH MADE A MOTION TO
APPROVE A WALL SIGN WITH A MAXIMUM AREA OF
150 SQUARE FEET, 3 COLORS AND A TIMER TO
TURN OFF ILLUMINATION OF SIGN AT 11 P.M. THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY DANIEL CARAVETTA,
WITH ALL IN FAVOR.

Lisa Gudzinas, 2664 Washington Street, are seeking
relief from section 190-211 E (7) (d) [4], to construct a retaining wall not
meeting setback requirements of an MDR zone.
