MINUTES OF ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING
The zoning hearing board of Palmer Township met on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at 7:30 P.M. in the Palmer Memorial Library, One Weller Place, to hear the following appeals. In attendance were Nick Noel III, township solicitor, Dan Caravetta, board chairman, Charles Roseberry and Cherie Kavanaugh, board members, John A. Embardino, zoning officer, and the media was not represented.

7:30 P.M. Pete Giacoumopoulos is seeking relief from
sections 190-174 B, 190-180 B, and 190-184 (3) (a) and reference to definitions
in section 190-13, to erect wall signs that exceed size, lighting and color
requirements, on the City Diner at 1061 25th Street, located in a GC
zone.
