MINUTES OF ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING
The zoning hearing board of
04-19 7:30 P.M. Carolann Pomponi, 3660 Wilmore Street is seeking a variance from
section 190-211 E (7) (c) [1] to place a fence in excess of 4 feet in height,
less than 1:1 ration of open to structural area and non-wooden materials in a
front yard of a MDR district.
Witnesses:
Carolann Pomponi, Brian
Monahan Esq., opponents Ronald and Barbara Buckland.
A motion to deny petition as presented was made
by Charles Roseberry, second by Cherie Kavanaugh was passed by unanimous vote.

A motion to grant request as presented was made
by Cherie Kavanaugh, second by Charles Roseberry and all in favor.

Reddy Kuruganti, Prascid Chalikonda, Dawn Mazzie and
Warren Gilyck.
A motion by Charles Roseberry
and second by Cherie Kavanaugh to allow the existing
4’ x 8’ box sign and 8’ x 2’8” channel sign which were previously permitted, in
addition to a free standing menu board of the size presented but without the
extension wing signs, a 10’ high freestanding pylon sign with a maximum face
area of 32 square feet, and all colors as presented was passed with all board
members in agreement.

motioned to approve the requested use with the stipulation that a parking plan
showing 21 spaces, meeting the requirements of our codes for size and access,
within but not expanding the footprint of the plan presented, and with all
excess impervious coverage, if any, to be reverted to grass areas. Motion was seconded by Cherie Kavanaugh, with all in agreement.

Zoning Board Chairman, Dan Caravetta,
recused himself from this hearing. Cherie Kavanaugh
made a motion to grant the variance as requested, with Charles Roseberry seconding the motion, making the decision
unanimous.
Having no further business to discuss, the
hearing was adjourned.
