MINUTES OF ZONING HEARINGS – JANUARY 7, 2003 – APPROVED 3/5/03

 

 

The Zoning Hearing Board of Palmer Township met on Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. in the meeting room of Palmer Memorial Library.  In attendance were Chairman Dan Caravetta, Board members Charles Roseberry and Cherie Kavanaugh, court reporter Ted Rewak, and zoning officer Liz Protchko.  The press was represented by Fred Walters of the Morning Call.

 

On motion by Charles Roseberry and second by Cherie Kavanaugh the minutes were approved with the correction in the heading of December 2002 and not December 2003.

 

02-48– 7:30 P.M. – Barry & Joan Moser, 3361 Virginia Avenue requesting a special exception to construct a home on a vacant lot owned by Josephine Lenzo at 375 Stones Crossing Road.  Section 190.199.C.2 applies in this MDR zone.

03-01 – 7:40 P.M. – Dr. Gurindju Fuletra, Easton, is requesting a use variance to convert a residential dwelling to a doctor’s office at 3200 Freemansburg Avenue in a MDR zone. 

 

ATTORNEY NOEL RECUSED HIMSELF FROM THIS HEARING AND ATTORNEY MICHAEL SHAY WAS THE ACTING SOLICITOR.  MR. ROSEBERRY ALSO RECUSED HIMSELF FROM THIS HEARING AND THE DECISION WAS MADE BY A TWO-PERSON BOARD.
