MINUTES – ZONING HEARINGS – WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5, 2003

 

 

The Zoning Hearing Board of Palmer Township will meet on Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. in the meeting room of Palmer Memorial Library, One Weller Place, to hear the following requests:

 

03-04 – 7:30 P.M. – Heinz Droege, 1347 Camelot Drive, requesting a variance from the rear setback of 30’ in a MDR zone to construct a screen room with roof.  Section 190.42.G applies.

03-08 – 8:10 P.M. – Strausser Enterpises, 604 Stones Crossing Road, requesting variances to construct townhouses on the property formerly known as the Chans property on the east side of Van Buren Road between Corriere Road and Northwood Avenue and it will be connected to Wolf’s Run.  This is a HDR2 zone.
