The Zoning
Hearing Board of Palmer Township will met on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at 7:30
P.M. in the meeting room of Palmer Memorial Library, One Weller Place. In attendance were Chairman Dan Caravetta, Board members Charles Roseberry and
Cherie Kavanaugh, Solicitor Nick Noel III, court reporter Ted Rewak, and Zoning
Officer Elizabeth Protchko.
On motion by
Charles Roseberry, second by Cherie
Kavanaugh, the minutes of the March 5, 2003
zoning hearings were approved subject to any corrections.
03-09 – 7:30
P.M. – Ivan Witmer, 200 Applewood Drive,
requesting a variance to install a privacy fence and shed in a front
yard setback. Section 190.33.E applies
in this LDE district.

ROSEBERRY, SECOND BY CHERIE KAVANAUGH, TO ALLOW THE SOLID FENCE FROM THE GARAGE
TO THE EAST OF THE PROPERTY WITH A SHED INSIDE THE FENCE – A 4’ HIGH PICKET
FENCE WITH A 1:1 RATIO OF OPEN SPACE IS PERMITTED ON A PROPERTY LINE – NO SHED
ALLOWED INSIDE A 4’ PICKET FENCE IN THE FRONT SETBACK
ALL IN FAVOR OF
THE MOTION.
Having no
further business to conduct, the hearing was adjourned.

interested or aggrieved may appear at the appointed time and be heard. Any parties who would deem themselves
aggrieved by the grant of relief requested in any appeal must appear before the
Zoning Hearing Board, either in person to submit an appearance form provided by
the Board or through submission of a legally authenticated statement of proof.
