The Zoning Hearing Board of Palmer Township met on Tuesday, June 3, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Palmer Memorial Library. In attendance were Chairman Dam Caravetta, board members Charles Roseberry and Cherie Kavanaugh, John Embardino, zoning officer, Ted Rewak, court reporter, and solicitor, Nick Noel III. The media was represented by Fred Walters, reporter from the Morning Call.

03-19 7:40 P.M. - Robert and Patricia Stout 2663 Washington Street requesting a determination from Zoning Board to continue a day care and special exception for approval of the day care according to the 1994 ordinances. This is a MDR zone.

MOTION BY: Cherie Kavanaugh, second by Charles Roseberry to approve continued use as a day care operation with a fence to be installed around play areas. A business privilege licensed is required. ALL IN FAVOR OF MOTION.
03-20 7:50 P.M. - Raj Patel, representing Dunkin Donuts, requesting a variance on a lot owned by Roche Burgio at 2926 William Penn Highway, from section 190-191A for two uses on a lot and section 190-116F for relief of setback requirements from a residential lot.
