For 2011 The Board of Supervisors has contracted with Keystone Collections Group for the collection of the earned income tax from all Palmer Township residents as well as the employees of all township businesses. The tax is 1% of a persons gross earned income. Of this 1% Palmer Township gets 0.5% and the Easton Area School District gets 0.5%. The contact information for Keystone is:

EIT forms will be mailed to residents from Keystone Collections Group by mid-February. Forms for individuals and employers can also be found on Keystone's web site.
Since Palmer Township will no longer have an EIT office, residents and employers will have to direct any questions to Keystone at the telephone numbers above.
